This is a set that allows a three-phase inverter to operate simply by supplying AC 100V for control, combining a SiC three-phase inverter, a controller, and sample software. It features a three-phase full-bridge inverter equipped with six ROHM SiC-MOSFETs, capable of operating at a maximum rated power of 10kVA.
